HKUST and CIL Establish Joint Laboratory
The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and Chiaphua Industries Limited (CIL) officially established the HKUST-CIL Joint Laboratory of Innovative Environmental Health Technologies on 09 May 2018. The Joint Lab aims to nurture cutting-edge research in environmental health technologies to enhance the quality of the environment as well as health and well-being of individuals and communities. It will receive funding from CIL for the coming five years.
France-HKUST Innovation Hub
The hub serves as an incubator of ideas, opportunities and innovation, promoting aspiration for excellence in innovative projects. Long-term vision of French Consulate and HKUST is to put in place the necessary conditions for the implementation of research and development projects within HKUST.
